THIS IS A SHORTENED VERSION OF PREGNANCY PILATES CLASS: This mat Pilates class is designed for pregnancy at every stage. We will build up and improve core strength that will help with a smoother delivery and postpartum recovery. Pregnancy Pilates, focuses on pelvic floor strength, and building up strength throughout the entire body using your core. You will learn how to activate the core muscles that are most important during pregnancy and delivery, all while executing effective exercises that enable you to breathe and feel comfortable! YOU'LL NEED: -Mat -Light Weights -Pilates Ball or Pillows
