**MUST BE CLEARED TO WORKOUT BY YOUR DOCTOR/PROVIDER** This class incorporates a little bit of strength training, weights, cardio, yoga, and stretching - and your baby! We will target the pelvic floor and abdominals to carefully regain strength and functionality, as well as focus on posture to help with those strenuous nursing sessions. We'll incorporate baby into the workout getting those legs, glutes, and arms burning, too!
Life happens, and things come up! Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. We can get you rescheduled into another class on a date of your choosing.
